<P><FONT color=#666699>尾帧的宽度为0%高度100%，准心居右。（一边向右拖动准心，一边注意虚线的位置，不要让它上下偏离。然后再修改宽度0%）。确定后返回。</FONT></P>

我们可以利用素材翻转和二次渲染的方法来模拟出相反的效果，就叫它开机效果好了。具体步骤如下：</FONT></P>

<P><FONT color=#666699>说实话，会声会影9里的那几个默认的WMV选项都不太适合导出MV。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT color=#666699>其中的WMV(352*288 , 30fps)经过测试，导出的WMV文件视频码率超过600kps，音频码率64kps，每秒30帧。</FONT></P>
9 k2 I7 O2 M3 i- b$ X. a<P><FONT color=#666699>个人经验，一个352*288尺寸的视频没有必要用到600kps这么高的码率。而作为一个MV，64kps的音频码率又似乎低了点。另外如果原素材的帧率不到30fps，而我们导出的时候使用30fps的话，就会造成数据冗余。我一般设在25fps。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT color=#666699>那怎么样才能导出一个画质，音质和大小兼顾的视频呢？让我们先下载一个Windows Media Encoder 9的编码器。</FONT></P>

<P><FONT color=#666699>·设置音频码率128kbps，视频大小384*288，视频码率300kbps以及帧率25fps。（视频码率要看实际情况来，视频大小大的可以增加一点），最后按确定提交。

- }* o+ `- k+ m# j8 C4 e4 Q0 N' o<P><FONT color=#666699>·返回到【创建视频文件】对话框，输入一个文件名后，按保存按钮。这样就开始压缩视频了。如果上面你选择的VBR的话就得压两遍，CBR的话就压一遍。前者时间比较长，质量比较好。后者反之。

<P><FONT color=#666699>重影效果主要是通过在覆叠轨上添加素材从而实现的。下面就来详细说一下实现的过程。</FONT></P>

<P><FONT color=#666699>确定好需要实现重影的区间，并且用剪刀工具进行分割。如图：</FONT></P>

<P><FONT color=#666699>选中覆盖轨上的素材，选择控制面板里的“属性”标签，点击“遮罩和色度键”按钮，把第一项透明度改为“50”，然后返回。</FONT></P>
8 k" c# O" D7 u% z  ^8 Z<P><FONT color=#666699>预览一下效果，似乎没有什么变化，这是因为覆盖轨的素材和主轨上的素材重合着。我们可以通过变化覆盖轨素材的速度、位移、大小来使它显现出来。下面我们来改变素材的大小。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT color=#666699>给覆盖轨上的素材添加一个“视频缩放滤境”。并且进行自定义设置。
整个素材区间一共两帧，首帧缩放100%，准星居中；尾帧缩放150%，准星居中。确定后返回。如图：</FONT></P>
