<P>在视频编辑过程中，可以将视频虑镜应用到Timeline（时间线）窗口中的任意一个视频剪辑或者静态画面中。</P>
" d/ T0 i& ]( o3 c<P>(1)选择"File（文件）/New Project（新建工程）"建立一个新的项目文件。
(2)执行主菜单"File（文件）/Import（导入）"命令，弹出"Import（导入）"对话框，如图1所示。</P>

( g4 A0 F) t# n. O) U<P>(8)选中虑镜效果并按住鼠标左键不放，将选中的虑镜拖放到"Timeline（时间线）"窗口中需要添加视频虑镜效果的素材上。

8 S+ p/ d7 k; z4 p(10)在"Timeline（时间线）"窗口中选择已经添加视频效果的剪辑，即可在"Effect Control（效果控制）"窗口中设置当前素材被赋予的各种效果。如图6所示。

<P>(11)在"Timeline（时间线）"窗口中，单击素材所在轨道左端的三角形按钮展开轨道编辑。点击如图7所示图标进入关键祯显示。默认素材开始，结尾各有一个关键祯。

% c1 J) x9 C0 L' w(16)选择"Video Effects（视频）"选项中的"Blur/Gaussian"视频虑镜效果,将其拖放到"Timeline（时间线）"窗口中的素材上。
% J" V/ x' j$ b( U(17)在素材00:00:00:15位置添加一关键祯。保持此关键祯处虑镜效果设置不做调整。
# y6 f9 Z, u# P$ [2 U7 D(18)将编辑线拖动到素材的结尾关键祯位置，在"Effect Control（效果控制）"窗口的"Gaussian Blur"选项中调整虑镜数值：Blurriness:47;Blur Dimensions:Horizontal and Vertical
(19)选择“文件/时间线输出”，最终效果如下。 </P>
